Coach, Mentor, Advisor
“Our goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There is no other route to success.” – Pablo Picasso
“Why are you so serious about goal setting?”It’s a question that clients and colleagues have asked Bill Rupnick for more than 35 years. His answer? “Whether it’s a personal, professional, or financial goal, you need to write it down, create a plan and then work that plan. That’s when you go from just wishing for something to having something. There is no greater feeling when personally when someone you’re working with succeeds.”
It’s this belief that serves as Bill’s approach to financial planning: I’m goal-oriented. Your goals are my goals. That’s my focus when I work with anyone. Keeping them on task to achieve their goals.
What does goal oriented mean? For Bill it’s more than just writing it down on a piece of paper. It’s meeting with clients to learn more about them, building a relationship so he can help adjust tactics as needed to keep on track in order to achieve the financial freedom they are working towards. It means continuous learning and imparting that knowledge onto others. It means being a partner, a mentor, a coach.
What does it mean for his clients? Bill sits down with every client, learning as much about them, their lives, their goals that he can. Building a relationship that goes beyond just being an advisor, and then coming up with a tailored approach to achieve what it is they want from finances. Achieving your goals, especially as life changes, can become a challenge. That’s why he’s there to take the time to continuously review your goals, talk with you when obstacles arise and be there to support you as you work towards them.
William Rupnick lives in Oshkosh Wisconsin. He’s been a life-long member of the community and no matter where you go in town, you’re bound to run into someone who knows him.

Core purpose – Why I do What I do
I knew I wanted something different for my life. In order to achieve it, I had to learn how to set goals, how to develop a plan to achieve them. I’ve watched people struggle financially and this is one area that offers the greatest reward when the desired outcomes are achieved.
Vision –
To share my knowledge with my peers, younger generation, and clients. Teaching them how to establish the financial goals that will allow them the freedom to take the approach of what DO they want rather than what should you want when it comes to financial planning. I want to be a partner, a friend, a coach, to build respect in helping them achieve any of their dreams.
Position – What Makes Me Different
I am a Coach, Mentor, Advisor
